We have suceeded detecting the nails and skin of the fingertips, which has been considered impossible, by the new AI technology we have newly developed. The only way to try the nail polish was to actually apply it on one’s nail, but by using this, we allow customers to simulate various nail polishes on their own nail using AR live view. This reproduces not just the nail color, but also the texture like gloss and pearl. Reproducing the nail polish using 3D live view, is the very first technology in Japan. Users does not have to apply the nail polish on their nails in the crowded stores, nor relying on the sample pictures on the e-commerce sites. They can try various different nail polishes for any times. This technology will help improve the sales productivity and customer satisfaction in stores, prevent damage of the product, and increase the sales of e-commerce sites.
